Our Design Policy
Upon hiring us, you are relying on our experience, creativity, and design process to create a website that aligns with your goals.
This includes layout, color schemes, font choices, and overall visual direction.
Once a basic website design has been approved, we move forward using the agreed-upon layout, structure, and visual direction.
This is to ensure that we meet your expectations and your project gets done in a timely manner.
Design Changes & Revisions
We understand that in certain situations, the overall visual direction or layout of a website may change due to your evolving ideas or circumstances. To account for this, we have established the following policy:
Once commenced, each website project includes up to three (3) hours of meetings, design changes and consultation time.
This time includes:
- Phone calls
- Emails
- Text messages
- In-person meetings
All revision and consultation time is accounted for in 15-minute increments.
Additional Time & Billing
If the included three (3) hours are exceeded due to excessive changes and re-direction, additional time is billed at a rate of $75 per hour. This additional time is totaled in 15-minute increments for work related to the current website project.
This policy allows us to provide focused attention to each client, maintain fair and sustainable project timelines, and continue delivering high-quality work without unnecessary delays.
